This project consists of 2 distinct buildings (2600 & 2598) with units constructed over a 3 level subterranean parking garage.  There are a total of 155 units between the two buildings.  The main structure contains an 18,000 SF Retail space for an anchor tenant. The grade level of the main structure is wrapped by the existing facade which was maintained and integrated into the new structure.

The project consists of 186 units of wood framed Type V apartments over a concrete podium. Villas is a market rate project fronting the El Camino Real with a large courtyard and well appointed amenity areas.

This project is a new 210-Room, 7-Story Hotel , with a distinctly modern, cosmopolitan design that includes various hospitality amenities; such as a lounge, breakfast area and Buffet, kitchen, fitness room, courtyard patio garden with fire pit, bar, library, meeting room, and two media salons.

This project contains 94 Units of Market Rate Apartments.  The building consists of 1 level of parking at grade and 4 stories of Type V wood framed residential.

This project contains 108 Units of Market Rate Apartments with 1 level of partially submerged Parking. Units are constructed with a design build load bearing metal stud system.

This project contains 15 Market Rate condominiums. It is located at 1266 Ninth Avenue and is in a great location next to Golden Gate Park. It also has a retail component which is occupied by Lemonade (formally occupied by La Boulange).

This project consists of 119 units of wood framed Type III apartments over 2 levels  of above grade concrete and masonry parking structure. The project is geared for student housing and includes a full amenities package. It is situated on a tight site in San Jose, directly adjacent to City Hall.
